1. 7-Day Replacement & Return Guarantee

If your package arrives damaged, leaking, or if you receive an incorrect product, you are eligible for a free replacement or full refund within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• The item must be in its original packaging.
• If damaged during transit, please take a quick picture/video of the parcel upon unboxing and send it to our WhatsApp support.
• For quality concerns, contact our team within 7 days of receiving your package.

3. How to Request a Return or Replacement
